My Pain Diary: Chronic Pain Management was developed to eliminate some of the overhead in keeping a pain diary and communicating the information to health care professionals.

MPD is useful for a variety of chronic conditions. The app is easily customizable to track anything from migraines to depression to fibromyalgia.

Use it daily to find patterns, triggers and stressors. Or use it after a surgery to keep tabs on your recovery.

I use it to track my RSD/CRPS.

Weather

You have always suspected the weather plays a major role in your pain, swelling, and mood.

Now you can find out exactly how much you are affected by the temperature, pressure, humidity, cloud cover and percipitation.

My Pain Diary uses your current location to grab a local weather feed and saves the data with your entries.

That move to Florida looks better every winter.

Photo Attachments

Take up to three photos and attach them to your entry. Each photo has a caption field, allowing you to embellish on your picture. I use this to track the progression of my swelling and color.

Completely Customizable

Setup My Pain Diary to suit YOUR needs with customizable lists for: Locations,Types,Triggers and Remedies.

A notes field can be optionally utilized to add further context to your entry.

Easy to use, Smart Design

Don’t take my word for it, read the comments! MPD is repeatedly lauded as “easy to use”, “intuitive but powerful”, “great”, “awesome”,”PERFECT!”.

The people have spoken, and they say the MPD is the best pain mangement app in the app store.

***** A Comfort

"This app does more than document my pain, it validates it for me, others, and providers. I especially love the calendar view and flagging option as it helps me pinpoint the foods and stressors that are contributing to my IC pain. An AWESOME app"
